We provide all our new coaches with world class business coach and executive coach training which is aligned to the ICF code of ethics and competencies.

By joining Ology Coaching you would have full control of your business, we do not impose a strict business operating manual, and we welcome other existing professional coaches and consultants to work with Ology to enable you to expand your current practice (subject to you meeting our high level of standards and passing the initial coach training).

Once you have passed your coach training course, your commitment to us is on a straight forward 12 month rolling contract.
